- Drivers 21 and over with a full Australian, New Zealand or UK licence. Overseas licences accepted with a passport. Additional drivers can be nominated free on business accounts.
- Fuel policy
- Return it with at least the charge it left with. Charging cable and a Chargefox tag are in the car.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup, bond refunded in full. Inside 48 hours we keep one day's hire.

- Anywhere in Victoria as standard. Interstate travel is fine with a heads-up so we can arrange the right cover.
