What an account gets you

Every hire lands on a single monthly tax invoice with the job code, driver and dates on each line. Your bookkeeper reconciles once and moves on.
Job and cost-centre codes
Tag each hire to a site, project or cost centre when you book. It flows through to the invoice, so you can actually see what a job cost in vehicles.
Nominated drivers, no extra fee
Add your team once. Anyone on the list can collect any vehicle without an additional-driver charge or a fresh licence check every time.
Priority replacement
If a vehicle on your account goes down we move something else onto it the same day where we can. Site work does not wait for a workshop.
30-day terms
After the first month on card, accounts move to 30-day terms. No bond held per hire once the account is established.
Long-term rates, short-term flexibility
Monthly rates from 28 days with no lock-in contract. Hand a vehicle back when the job finishes, take another when the next one starts.
